ella forums is a membership-based leadership programme for senior members of third sector organisations that are dedicated to their personal and leadership development. Members meet once per month in their local area to participate in group learning and peer support with a view to increasing their leadership capacity and capability.
Members benefit from guest speakers who provide their knowledge in specialist work areas such as social return on investment, organisational culture and employment law. Further to this, every member accesses a network of peer mentoring and coaching to tackle the issues and barriers encountered in the third sector.
